Who qualifies to receive Home Healthcare?

- Any people who have conditions which render them homebound. This means they are normally unable to leave home unassisted.

- The Medicare Program must approve the home health agency caring for you.

- You must need at least one of the following: intermittent skilled Nursing, a PT, and OT.

- In all instances, your doctor must decide you need Medical care and make a plan for your care at home.
